Master's Annex dedication

Capital Campaign

We successfully raised $1.4 million dollars. Then, we broke ground and celebrated the opportunity (Oct 15, 2014). Next, we built the Master’s Annex over the course of one year. Lastly, we hosted a dedication and realized a dream with Habitat friends and family (Oct 22, 2015). The sky is the limit!

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to make our vision a reality. We are excited to grow, and grateful for the support and understanding of the importance of our housing ministry!

We built a 20,000 square foot warehouse on adjacent land to house new home construction and neighborhood revitalization operations. We call it the Master’s Annex in honor of our Master’s Builders, long-time volunteers who work year round. The Annex will allow for the building of component parts or an entire home indoors, and offer year-round volunteer opportunities.

Also, the ReStore sales floor will expand. The profits from the bigger and better ReStore will provide the revenue to fund the construction of more homes per year. (Currently, two homes per year are at least partially funded by ReStore profits.)

Case for Growth

ReStore By The Numbers

Since 1991

Habitat has grown since 1991. We now have the infrastructure to build 10 homes, complete 30 Neighborhood Revitalization projects a year, and run a successful ReStore. In order to maintain this trend, we needed to expand! Learn more about why this is so important.
