Habitat for Humanity Warehouse and ReStore Click here for driving directions from MapQuest.
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
About 50% of this 20,000 square foot metal building is used as the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Here, the public is able to donate or purchase new and used, or surplus building materials and appliances at huge discounts.
The mission of the Sioux Falls Habitat ReStore is three-fold:
Directly connected to the Habitat ReStore is Habitat's regional warehouse, which also has a woodshop and training area.
The main purpose of this warehouse is to store donated materials that will be used later to build Habitat homes. Moreover, smaller Habitat affiliates from throughout the region can come to Sioux Falls to pick up building materials, for a small handling fee, to use in their communities Habitat homes. |
The Sioux Falls Habitat ReStore diverts over 300 tons annually of appliances, building products and other materials away from our local landfill.
There are more than 140 ReStores across the United States and Canada.
